As the founder and CEO of Busy Bee Concepts, her journey began with a dream and a determination to overcome the challenges of building a business while fulfilling personal responsibilities. Her mission revolves around mentoring women and young individuals, guiding them toward achieving their goals with confidence and resilience.
Bhavisha Naidoo, also known as Bee, founder and CEO of Busy Bee Concepts (2021). She obtained a certificate In The Introduction to Psychology through Couresa accredited by the University of Toronto. With over 16 years of contributing towards youth development within the industry she used her vison to assist both local and global clients with their virtual and on site needs. Recently she has been nominated for a Woman of Stature Award in the Women in MICE, Hospitality and Tourism category.
Bhavisha is also currently assisting with raising funds for Woman of Stature South Africa by gaining support from the community to vote for her in the Public Choice Awards Category.
As the founder of Busy Bee Concepts, her journey began with a dream and a determination but she had to overcome personal responsibilities and challenges. As a result of overcoming these challenges she has developed a mission to mentor women and young individuals, guiding them towards achieving their goals with confidence and resilience. This recognition reflects her dedication to driving an impactful change within several industries.
This mission focuses on concepts such as empowering women, supporting youth development, and celebrating mothers balancing entrepreneurship with family life. “I hope to inspire readers with my journey from starting Busy Bee Concepts to its current success and highlight how perseverance, passion, and community support can turn dreams into reality” she says. She has been an active contributor to youth development in South Africa for over 16 years and as of 2024, Busy Bee Concepts is proud to be a B-BBEE Level 1 contributor.
Mentoring women and young individuals are essential for several reasons, as it empowers them to unlock their full potential, boost their confidence, and overcome challenges in both their personal and professional lives. Her goal is to continue to pursue excellence in empowering others and leading Busy Bee Concepts by taking it to new heights. She says, “This recognition reflects my dedication to driving impactful change within several industries.”
