The affected To Whom This May Concern World Tour shows were scheduled for 7 November 2026 at SunBet Arena, Time Square, in Pretoria, and 11 November 2026 at Grand Arena, GrandWest, in Cape Town.
According to Showtime Management’s official cancellation notice, refunds are being processed to the original payment account and may take five to 10 business days to reflect. Fans do not need to apply or contact the promoter or Ticketmaster to initiate a refund.
If the original payment details are no longer valid, Ticketmaster will contact the buyer with instructions. Ticket holders should monitor their inboxes for further communication.

The promoter says Scott and her team are exploring a future return, but no replacement dates have been confirmed. The notice apologises for the disappointment and inconvenience.
The cancellation follows Scott’s appearance at Johannesburg’s DStv Delicious Festival in 2024.
