Set in the centre court, Hyde Park Corner has been transformed into a sensory haven. They unveiled the new global Dolce & Gabbana The One fragrance, introduced by Edgars Beauty. Periodically spritzed in the air, it added a layer of glamour and luxury to the evening. A great reminder that romance doesn’t have to be audacious. In fact, it is the thoughtful gestures, such as scent, that can set the mood for an evening of romance. Coupled with sensual music, bubbles and delicious sushi from Kol, the scene was firmly set for an evening of love and indulgence, set in comfort.

Dinner and a show will forever hold a special place in my heart, and it was no exception at Hyde Park Corner. Ushered on the red carpet into the Nu Metro Cinema Scene VIP, we were treated like royalty from the onset. If you have ever questioned whether a movie night can be and feel opulent, the answer is without a doubt.
A midweek buffet of burgers, grilled chicken, and pinwheels waited for us at the Nu Metro Cinema Scene VIP lounge. Catering to our hearts’ wants, a full bar awaited us, ready to mix cocktails, including of the non-alcoholic kind. Comfortable, inclusive and attentive? It’s a great space for a date and to give them the undivided attention that they deserve.
Comfort and relaxation are at the centre of the Nu Metro Cinema Scene VIP experience. Getting our popcorn and sweets, we made our way into the lavish cinema, where we’d watch the romcom.
The film delivers exactly what the title promises: a cynical view of the world’s most loved Hallmark Holiday. It’s a fun watch, and it garnered its fair share of “Ooos”, “ Aaahs”, and “Ncaas” throughout the movie.
It was great being part of the Made For Amour experience at Hyde Park Corner. Guests arrived coupled up, with friends, or solo, and the mood remained celebratory until the credits rolled. By pairing a global beauty moment with a premium cinematic experience, Hyde Park Corner delivered more than an event. It offered a reframed perspective on romance. One that is fearless, indulgent, and confidently modern.
